Catherine “Cadey” Phipps is a Licensed Psychotherapist who joined the Nashville NeuroCare Therapy team in 2018 as the Neurofeedback Specialist and a TMS Therapy Specialist.
Cadey holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Gender Studies from Centre College as well as a Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy from Lipscomb University.
Cadey was first introduced to neurofeedback technology in 2015 as part of her graduate school internship, where the technology was used primarily with clients diagnosed with ASD and ADHD. Since completing her Master’s degree, Cadey has worked in private practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, which she maintains in addition to Nashville NeuroCare Therapy. Since joining Nashville NeuroCare Therapy, Cadey has gained additional training in both neurofeedback and CBT for treating sleep disturbances and ADHD. Cadey has experience working with a wide range of clientele from many backgrounds and the ages of six to 92.
In her free time, you can find Cadey reading, learning new things, cooking, playing music, exercising, or spending time with her husband and their cats.
